Their proprietary AdVenture geo-fencing technology — a key competitive differentiator — was buried in dense, jargon-heavy copy that failed to convert first-time visitors into consultation bookings.

How We Approached It

WaveNovaTech conducted a three-week discovery and strategy sprint before a single line of code was written. We mapped AdWatch's full sales funnel, interviewed the sales team about the top five objections they heard on discovery calls, and analysed competitor positioning across their twelve core service verticals. That research shaped every design and architecture decision.

Platform Architecture & Performance
We built a custom WordPress theme from scratch in PHP, treating page speed as a first-class design constraint rather than an afterthought. Critical CSS was inlined to eliminate render-blocking, full stylesheets were loaded non-blocking via media=print swap, JavaScript was deferred, all images served with native lazy loading, and LiteSpeed server caching was configured end-to-end. The result: a sub-2-second load time on a 4G mobile connection — a 4× improvement over the original site.

AdVenture Geo-Fencing Product Page
We designed a standalone product showcase for AdWatch's proprietary geo-fencing platform. An animated three-step campaign flow — Define Your Zone → Target Your Audience → Convert with Precision — translated a complex AdTech concept into a story any SMB owner could grasp in thirty seconds. Industry-specific targeting scenarios were built out as visual use-case cards: automotive dealership radius conquest, competing dental clinic targeting, real estate open-house zones, and restaurant lunchtime perimeter campaigns. Each scenario linked directly to a pre-filled consultation request form.

Multi-Service Architecture
We restructured twelve service pages — Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Advertising, Geo-fencing, Video Marketing, E-commerce Setup (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), Website Design, Google Shopping, Outdoor Billboards, In-Store TV, Direct Mail, Programmatic Display, and Reputation Management — into a consistent messaging framework: Problem → Solution → Proof → CTA. Cross-service upsell CTAs (e.g. "Pair your Google Ads with Geo-fencing Retargeting for 40% lower CPL") were embedded on every page to increase average services-per-client.

Salesforce CRM Integration
We built a direct REST API integration between all lead capture forms and AdWatch's Salesforce instance. Every form submission, quote request, and free-consultation booking routes into the correct sales pipeline stage within seconds, auto-tagged with service type, industry vertical, and monthly ad spend range. Automated follow-up sequences fire within two minutes of submission, cutting average first-response time from four hours to under eight minutes.

Trust & Credibility Architecture
Google Premier Partner, Facebook Marketing Partner, Amazon Ads, Salesforce, and WordPress Partner credentials were repositioned into a prominent above-the-fold partner strip on the homepage and repeated on every service page. A live "Active Campaigns" social proof counter and an industry-specific client logo carousel reinforced authority before any scroll.

SEO & Structured Data
We built location-specific landing pages targeting "[service] + [city]" clusters across AdWatch's primary markets. Organisation, LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQPage structured data were implemented site-wide. The internal link architecture was redesigned to funnel domain authority toward the twelve highest-value conversion pages rather than diffusing it across thin utility pages.
